Are you a lawyer with a passion for competition law and hands-on experience advising dominant companies? And could you see yourself be part of the legal team supporting the VKR Group, and particularly, our business areas VELUX® and DOVISTA® that bring daylight and fresh air into people´s everyday lives.
You will be part of the competition law team who ensures competition law compliance for the entire VKR Group and provides advice and assistance to the VELUX Group and the DOVISTA Group in both strategic and day-to-day matters.
The competition law team is part of Corporate Affairs (working with legal risk management & compliance and acting as the internal law firm and IPR function of the VKR Group), counting 15 lawyers and engineers/patent counsels.
In addition to competition law tasks, you will handle issues within other areas of law depending on business needs and your interests and experience.
You hold a law degree from an accredited university and are qualified to practice law in an EU jurisdiction or the UK.
You have at least five years of experience practicing competition law either at a law firm or in-house. You have hands-on experience with issues related to dominance and are familiar with the application of economics in competition law.
You are a consensus-builder and use your good people skills to build efficient relationships with people at all levels throughout the organisation. You have a good understanding of commercial issues and are able to balance commercial and legal considerations.
You communicate fluently in English, in writing and orally.

You will hold a challenging and busy position in an international company where you will have the opportunity to be involved in complex competition law matters of strategic importance to the business areas. You will refer to Head of Competition Law Policy & Compliance, Charlotte Fornø.
The role is placed in Hørsholm, north of Copenhagen. We welcome applications from candidates outside of Denmark and are prepared to provide relocation support for the right candidate.
