The “Group Policy Framework” unit is responsible for the central co-ordination of Group-wide policies and the Erste Bank der oesterreichischen Sparkassen AG policy governance – in particular managing the Group Policy Framework (GPF) and ensuring adequate policy implementation standards combined with the respective change management in all countries.
The Group Policy Framework team reviews, monitors and supports processes for the policies and procedures issued in the CEO, CFO, Corporates & Markets, COO, CRO and Retail Divisions.

Your Tasks

• • Supporting the ongoing maintenance of the policy framework
  • Supporting the roll-out process of policies and procedures in Erste Group members in scope of the Group Policy Framework. This includes monitoring, tracking and controlling the group-wide roll-out status
  • Supporting Document Owners and Local Framework Managers ensuring a consistent quality of policies and procedures

Your Background

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and oral) in German and English
• Precise and self-responsible/self-reliant working
• Very good Microsoft Office skills
• Good understanding of IT systems preferable
