We are The Innovation in Politics Institute, an international, non-partisan organisation that identifies, develops and applies innovations in politics – with the aim of strengthening democracy in Europe. To that end, we are working with clients in the political, public and private sphere. We have offices in Vienna and Berlin, with partner offices in 13 other countries.

Our growing team is working on many challenging and exciting international projects, with ambitious plans for the future. For our Advisory Team, we are seeking to hire a passionate and experienced:

Strategy and Innovation Senior Consultant (m/f/d)

Full-time
Place of work: Vienna

In this role, you will

  • advise and support companies and organisations from the political, public and private sphere sectors (e.g. political parties, foundations, corporates, interest groups) in the development and implementation of impactful projects.
  • support the Project Lead with project management from acquisition to project completion and coordinate the project team members.
  • prepare concepts, with a focus on strategy and innovation
  • work on specific problems (e.g. trend analysis, workshop design, market studies)
  • existing professional experience in consulting of at least 2-3 year, coupled with a strong interest in the political and private sphere
  • project management skills
  • analytical and innovative thinking skills, and a high willingness to learn
  • strong writing skills
  • good MS-Office skills
  • fluent in German and English
  • an open, curious and growth mindset
  • strong sense of self-motivation

We offer an annual gross salary of EUR 60,000 for this role, but this is negotiable based on superior experience.
