More than 33,000 companies in Europe produce more than 500,000 medical technologies that share a common purpose: improving, extending and transforming people’s lives. With more than 14,000 patents filed annually, the medical technology industry is the most innovative industry in Europe.
MedTech Europe, the European trade association representing the medical technology industries, from diagnosis to cure, represent Diagnostics and Medical Devices manufacturers operating in Europe.
Since 2019, MedTech Europe and its members are heavily investing into European collaborative research initiatives like the Innovative Health Initiative. It is a new journey for the MedTech sector that requires a strong investment from our members and from MedTech Europe to inform, educate, accompany and guide companies.
We look for talents to join the team and support our members improve their awareness on EU opportunities and join or maybe coordinate Research & Innovation projects.
In this context, we are opening a vacancy for a Research & Innovation Intern, to work with our team on R&I in medical technologies.
Reports to: Patrick Boisseau, Director General, Industry Strategic Initiatives
The Intern will contribute to the activities of the MedTech Europe’s R&I team to support the execution of MedTech Europe’s R&I strategy.
