The Policy Chapter is responsible for:

  • advocating for Roche’s interests on the Global policy stage
  • mobilizing stakeholders to advocate for change
  • creating persuasive policy positions and tools that drive impact
  • igniting and empowering Roche affiliates to drive policy change

In this position, you will:

  • Be the policy content hub owner
  • Ensure alignment & consistency across policy content (policy positions, narratives, etc…)
  • Manage content review & alignment process
  • Policy Training content owner and lead development
  • Develop policy case studies
  • Manage our intranet site (google platform)
  • Coordinate internal content launches
  • Work package owner liaising with internal comms and policy lead to launch content
  • Manages policy distribution channels (re: distribution list)
  • Facilitates policy workshops
  • Leads planning and coordination with other policy teams to realize shared objectives (examples: advocacy workshop, RPI/HSP, EMEA/HSP Policy Narrative)
  • Supports external stakeholder outreach
  • Creates and maintains a stakeholder management tracking system
  • In collaboration with Communications, supports external policy events (e.g. panels at policy conferences)

Who you are:

You are an ambitious student who is currently enrolled in health policy (public health, health economics), public policy, political science or life sciences or in a gap year between degrees.

Moreover, you have:

  • Strong project management skills to enable execution of projects
  • Ability to think strategically when planning and managing projects
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Skillful use of interpersonal skills and influence to accomplish work without formal authority
  • Proficiency in English (German is a plus)
