ARTE’s Headquarters in Strasbourg

ARTE’s headquarters, located in the European Quarter in Strasbourg, determines programming strategy, concept, and planning. It is responsible for broadcasting programs and language editing, and coordinates the channel’s communications. In addition, 20% of the programming is produced here, including news programs and co-productions with European partners. It is funded equally by ARTE France and ARTE Germany. They each contribute an equal share of the majority of the programming and are represented in all committees and governing bodies of ARTE GEIE.
