The Association of German Foundations

The Association of German Foundations represents the interests of German foundations in politics and society. With more than 4,300 members, it is the largest and oldest association of foundations in Europe. Each year, the 60 largest foundations in Germany alone invest more than 5 billion euros to promote the common good. The Association is committed to creating optimal conditions for foundations and their activities, and supports its members and founders in their work, particularly through consulting and networking.
