The Society for Insurance Science and Design (GVG) is a unique institution in Germany and Europe that brings together all the leading experts in social security. For over 75 years, it has been initiating new debates and actively shaping the welfare state. We discuss complex challenges. Our work is always focused on the future. In the GVG committees, we discuss the future of social systems and the challenges of tomorrow: digitalization, demographics, big data, the future of work, and good care for people in a globalized world.
