The approximately 5,000 employees of Häuser zum Leben and the Pensionist:innenklubs come from more than 60 countries. They work in 80 professional groups, including nursing, care, catering, administration, and construction & technology.

Every day, our employees and our 500 volunteers put people first. This ensures that the 8,500 residents of our retirement homes can live independently and harmoniously. It also means that the 24,000 members of our Vienna-wide pensioners' clubs can enjoy a fantastic leisure program.

We have been recognized as a TOP training company several times. 100 apprentices complete their training at Häusern zum Leben. In addition, approximately 70 civil servants work for us every year. They are characterized by their social commitment and their interest in a future-oriented industry.
