Menschen für Menschen

Menschen für Menschen is an Austrian non-profit organization that has been implementing projects in Ethiopia since 1981. Based on the principle of helping people help themselves, we support people in rural areas in improving their lives sustainably through their own efforts. Our integrated projects cover the areas of water, agriculture, education, health, and income—always with the aim of enabling long-term change.

With a dedicated team in Vienna and on the ground in Ethiopia, we work every day to ensure that people have access to sufficient food, clean water, education, healthcare, and economic opportunities. Our work is based on trust, transparency, and the firm belief that sustainable development can only succeed in collaboration with the local people.
