PR Manager (f/m/d)

To strengthen our Group Corporate Communications department, we are looking for a:

PR Manager (100%)

ROLE

• Support and coordinate external communications plans and activities to support global and local projects and deployments
• Create content and materials for external communications to ensure a consistent message to the media and other external stakeholders
• Work closely with other functions and markets to build compelling communications activities
• Support executive communications activities
• Monitor and manage media relations initiatives
• Support issue and crisis management
• Identify, plan and deliver media trainings to relevant internal stakeholders
• Define KPIs and analyse activities

PROFILE

• Master’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, International Affairs or equivalent
• Minimum 7 year’s relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in dealing with journalists, the media and PR agencies, ideally in an international context
• Ability to research and collate disparate sources of information to produce compelling storylines
• Good storyteller and copywriter, able to draft effectively in French and English in styles attractive to different media environments
• Project management experience an advantage
• Strategic thinker with strong follow-through and execution skills
• Native or bilingual English, fluent French; ability to work in German would be a plus
• Strong experience in working with senior executives and leadership teams
• Proactive, flexible, able to take initiative with good analytical skills
• High level interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
• Comfortable with the ambiguity of a matrix organisation
