To support with project and research activities, WAVE is looking for an experienced and committed

Degree or diploma in Gender Studies, Political Science, or related field (or relevant work experience).
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in research and data collection.
Experience in project coordination.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience preferably in an NGO or non-profit setting.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Excellent time-management skills as well as professional communication skills ideally in an international context.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German knowledge is a plus.
Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
A sound understanding of violence against women, gender equality and feminism.
