The Project Management Unit is part of OCB People and Workforce department; its main objective is to bring together our project management and data management expertise into a cross-functional team that supports the entire department. By breaking down silos between profiles and areas of expertise, the Project Management Unit provides guidance, coordination, and technical support for key initiatives.
The "HR Data Repository" project centralizes and harmonizes HR data from several systems (Homere, WeDoo, etc.) to support reporting, data quality, and strategic workforce analysis. We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to support the team during an intensive delivery phase, with a strong learning opportunity in data analytics and HR systems.
As a Junior Data Analyst, you will support the "HR Data Repository" project by assisting in data analysis, validation, and reporting, helping ensure data quality and producing clear and useful HR insights.
Support the analysis of HR datasets from multiple sources
Help identify data quality issues (missing data, inconsistencies, duplicates)
Assist in data cleaning and harmonization activities
Participate in the validation of reference data (function codes, org units, contracts, etc.)
Support the team in maintaining and testing the data model (dimensions and facts)
Help validate calculations and business logic
Contribute to the Bronze → Silver → Gold data layers approach
Assist in building and updating dashboards and reports (e.g. Power BI)
Support the creation of HR indicators such as headcount, workforce movements, and contracts
Ensure that dashboards are clear, understandable, and documented
Work closely with the Project Manager and technical team
Participate in workshops, sprints and testing sessions
Help document data definitions, KPIs, and assumptions
Degree in an area of study such as computer science, Data Science or equivalent through experience
First experience or strong interest in data analysis and reporting
Basic to intermediate skills in SQL or willingness to learn quickly
Familiarity with Excel and Power BI
Basic understanding of databases and data structures
Interest in HR data and business processes
Ability to understand business questions and translate them into simple analyses
Attention to detail and sensitivity to data quality
Team spirit
Proficiency in English, both written & spoken is mandatory
Knowledge of French is an asset
Expected starting date: April 2026
Location: Brussels Office (Belgium)
Contract Type: Fixed-term contract – full-time
Contract duration: 3 months
Salary according to MSF-OCB Head Office grid
