UNOS is the entrepreneurial platform of NEOS and represents the interests of liberal-minded entrepreneurs in the Chamber of Commerce. We are there for everyone who enjoys entrepreneurship and faces the challenges of the market with courage, creativity, and innovation. Whether you are a sole proprietor, SME, or large corporation, you all deserve a positive perception of entrepreneurial thinking and action. We stand for more freedom and less government. Because we believe in the potential of Austrian entrepreneurs and employees. They form a team and work best on the basis of free and fair agreements. Our mission is to renew Austrian economic policy based on this vision, with constructive proposals and programs for the future.

UNOS stands for Entrepreneurial Austria and is a young, committed movement that comes from the heart of society. We are entrepreneurs who want to actively shape economic policy and turn the Chamber of Commerce into a performance-oriented interest group. An interest group that inspires its members and does not keep them in line through coercion.

Currently, nine chambers regulate access to trade and patronize entrepreneurial behavior. Those who do not conform to the chamber structures must obtain several trade licenses—and pay multiple times. We say: Away with bureaucratic obstacles from past centuries and make way for new business areas!

We are passionate about entrepreneurship, pioneering spirit, risk-taking, and innovation. Entrepreneurs are neither class enemies nor exploiters, but rather the good guys. We want more awareness and appreciation for their achievements and courage.

A dynamic economy instead of bureaucracy and compulsory levies

We at UNOS want to anchor entrepreneurship and enterprise at the heart of our society. Entrepreneurship needs business-friendly conditions for national and international competition. That is why we at UNOS are running again in the 2025 Chamber of Commerce elections. The Chamber of Commerce must become a modern service provider for entrepreneurship—not a bureaucratic hurdle.

Please be transparent and service-oriented

With an annual budget of over one billion euros, we currently have the most expensive and least transparent chamber system in Europe. We want to disclose all Chamber of Commerce budgets and stop indirect party financing. We want entrepreneurship instead of party politics in a new, reformed Chamber of Commerce. The current political groups have so far been unable to bring the Chamber of Commerce into the 21st century. We are convinced that they need us.
