European Public Affairs Research Assistants (m/f/d)

Afore Consulting is recruiting Research Assistants (m/f/d) to provide support on European public affairs. Issues you will be covering include sustainable finance, FinTech and payments.

What we offer

We offer an intellectually challenging and dynamic environment alongside our team of highly skilled consultants. The contract will be a full time contract for six months under Belgian law. It is an opportunity to learn about how we work as a consultancy as well as acquiring the skill set needed to work in the European public affairs environment.

You will be at the beginning of your career with ideally some knowledge of Brussels.

To begin, you will be assisting our consultants with

• Monitoring;
• Supporting on client outreaches and briefings;
• Attending conferences and events;
• Conducting research and reporting findings in a clear and concise manner;
• Preparing presentations, reports and newsletters;
• Assisting with events.

Candidate Profile

You will have a Master’s degree in a relevant field and a genuine enthusiasm for working in a political environment. You have professional fluency in English, be organized and be comfortable working as part of a multicultural team. You will thrive working in a dynamic environment.
