With around 230,000 members, the Tenants' Association fights for effective tenant protection. It is the point of contact for questions relating to tenancy law and ensures that tenants know their rights and can enforce them. Members benefit from a wide range of advisory services and support.

Politically, the Tenants' Association campaigns for fair rents, effective protection against eviction, and better quality housing for all – at municipal, cantonal, and national level.

As a center of expertise for questions relating to tenancy law, the Tenants' Association supports its members in asserting their rights as tenants and advises them on specific issues directly on site.

The Swiss Tenants' Association consists of the three umbrella organizations for German-speaking Switzerland, French-speaking Switzerland, and Ticino, as well as all cantonal tenants' associations.
