At NExT Netzwerk, we include all public sector employees who want to work with us to advance public administration. We bring together people who want to share their expertise, learn from each other, and effectively shape the digital transformation of public administration—across levels, hierarchies, and responsibilities. The network is supported by the non-profit organization NExT e. V., which was founded in 2018.
As a non-profit association, NExT e.V. connects public sector employees, pools knowledge, and creates spaces for exchange. In this way, we enable modern administration that shares expertise, uses digital solutions collaboratively, and makes cultural change tangible.
In our communities of practice, workshops, and other digital exchange formats, administrative staff learn from and with each other. This continuous exchange of experience builds trust, accelerates learning processes, and enables a modern administrative culture that focuses on collaboration and practical impulses. The result is a vibrant network that not only discusses change, but also drives it forward together.
We research the digital transformation of administration together with employees in order to identify their needs and obstacles. Our practical studies directly support them in their everyday work and at the same time provide sound recommendations for administration and politics.
We make the implementation expertise of the administration visible to politicians, pool practical knowledge, and bring the perspectives of employees into political debates. In this way, we promote better understanding between the administration and politicians and create the basis for effective reforms in the modernization of the state.
