About CIVIVA

The Swiss Civil Service Association CIVIVA advocates for a strong civil service in Switzerland among the general public and in the political arena. CIVIVA is convinced that it is not only young people performing their service who benefit from the civil service, but society as a whole. The association represents the interests of those performing civilian service and host organisations, carries out projects, offers advice and publishes the association’s magazine, “Le Monde Civil”. CIVIVA is led by a voluntary board and has a small administrative office.
