The Union of the Electricity Industry - Eurelectric is looking for a Strategic Communications Intern (Full-time 6-month Paid Internship)

As intern, you will help:

  • Write up op-eds, news pieces & periodic newsletters for various formats, channels and audiences;

  • Prepare first drafts for website narratives & SEO content pieces;

  • Proofread documents to help ensure best readability and attractiveness of our messages;

  • Support the team with any ad-hoc communication tasks related to campaigns, projects, events, media etc.

Requirements and competencies:

  • Eagerness to learn about the EU electricity industry and the role of power sector association in contributing to the EU policy debate on sustainability and energy independence;

  • Proactive team player with a creative personality, eagerness to learn and communicate on the crucial role that electricity plays for Europe’s deep decarbonisation;

  • Full literacy in writing for press, social media, email marketing and the web;

  • Interest in developing proficiency in MailChimp, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suit and relevant AI tools for communication purposes with previous knowledge and experience as advantage;

  • Native English or equivalent (C1).

Our offer:

Eurelectric offers a paid internship starting earliest in December 2025. The position includes a monthly allowance as defined by the Convention d’Immersion Professionnelle (CIP).
