NCP (National Contact Point) Brussels
Supporting Brussels-based players as part of the Horizon Europe programme, more specifically Clusters 5 & 6 and associated partnerships (e.g. DUT): providing information and advice on setting up projects, monitoring implementation, and supporting the utilisation of results.
Coordinating hub.brussels’ participation in European NCP networks for Clusters 5 & 6 (GREENET, CARE4BIO projects): project management, implementation of activities, technical and financial monitoring, reporting.
Representing hub.brussels, the Brussels Region or Belgium in governance bodies (BE, EU) in which NCPs participate, contributing to Belgium’s positioning.
Supporting Brussels-based companies, particularly SMEs, in their internationalisation process, by providing targeted advice on access to funding, intellectual property, sustainability, innovation and digitalisation.
Supporting the establishment of international partnerships, facilitating technological, innovation and R&D collaborations between eligible Brussels-based organisations and selected foreign partners.

You have a Master’s degree
If you obtained your diploma abroad, equivalence should be recognised by one of the communities of the Belgian State
You have at least three years’ professional experience acquired in the mobility, agri-food, bioeconomy or environment sector, through activities in:
Business development, and/or
Technological research and development, and/or
Management of H2020 or Horizon Europe projects or management of European programmes i.e. H2020, Horizon Europe, COSME, SMP, and/or
Support for innovative SMEs, and/or
Entrepreneurial activity in the sector
You are proficient in at least one of the two official languages (French/Dutch) with a willingness to learn the second
You are fluent in English (both spoken and written)
You are prepared to travel for short periods, mainly in Europe
Knowledge of the Brussels institutional environment, particularly in the field of economy, research and innovation and of Brussels R&I stakeholders
Knowledge of project management methodologies
A proven interest in science, industry, entrepreneurship, societal issues and technological or non-technological innovation
A full-time, fixed-term contract, from 15 February to 14 September 2026
A gross salary according to the grade A101 ABAE scales
