The network’s principal aim is to assist countries to build coherent frameworks towards UHC with collaboration of all involved development partners and relevant line ministries. GIZ supports with the BACKUP Health Programme the deployment of in-country P4H focal persons and the Leadership for UHC (L4UHC) programme with the aim to align national and international partners across different sectors and build capacities in health financing for UHC.
