Together, we climb every peak in communication. We know the routes, recognize weather changes early on, weigh up opportunities and risks, and have the necessary stamina to effectively support our clients in all aspects of communication. We are there when they need us. That's why we founded 365 Sherpas.

Mount Everest was considered unconquerable until that day in May 1953 when Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay conquered the summit of the world's highest mountain. “It is not the mountain we conquer—we conquer ourselves.” With these words, Hillary described what mountaineering is all about.

The Vision

365 Sherpas was founded in 2013 based on the fundamental idea of a partnership of specialists with a clear compass in politics and communication. Our team of over 50 experienced and specialized consultants designs strategies and concepts to answer the most pressing questions of our time and implements them together with our clients. We advise companies, associations, non-governmental organizations, foundations, the German federal government, and the European Commission.
