
Founded in 1981, Aktion Gemeinwesen und Beratung (AGB e.V.) is a recognized independent provider of child and youth welfare services and community work in the Bilk district of Düsseldorf and a member of the Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband (DPWV). In addition to the city of Düsseldorf and the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, AGB's sponsors include Aktion Mensch, members of the association, and other private donors. AGB works closely with all child and youth welfare stakeholders in the district as well as all schools in the residential area and is actively involved in local and supraregional networks. It is active in many fields of social work. These include school social work, radicalization prevention, community work, all-day care, and many more.

Our project “Die Sichtweisen 2.0. – Gesellschaft für bunte Ansichten” (Perspectives 2.0 – Society for Colorful Views) is a project of Aktion Gemeinwesen und Beratung e.V. (AGB), funded by the Ministry for Children, Youth, Family, Equality, Refugees, and Integration of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (MKJFGFI). This is a network of young* committed individuals from North Rhine-Westphalia that has been growing since 2016 and wants to actively participate in shaping and developing a diverse society.
