A strong voice for vocational rehabilitation

The Federal Association of German Vocational Rehabilitation Centers is based in Berlin and currently has 24 members with 28 BFW headquarters. As a network for work and health, it brings together the expertise and many years of experience of its members.

We see ourselves as a point of contact for people who need to reorient themselves professionally due to a health impairment following illness or accident.

At the same time, we partner with companies in Germany to help them overcome demographic challenges in the labor market and secure their skilled workforce.

Another focus is on cooperation and the exchange of experience with the association's members and rehabilitation providers, as well as with representatives from politics, business, and associations.
