About us

We are a vibrant community committed to a sustainable future and stronger cooperation. Our step into action competence centre, our board and advisory board, and numerous young and committed individuals are working together to make our vision a reality. Our values form the foundation on which our organisation is built. We live by these values not only in our daily activities, but also in our cooperation – both internally and externally.

As an organisation, movement and community, we motivate and inspire companies, organisations, schools, young people, teams and individuals to help shape the future. How? By creating spaces where they can discover their own potential and put it into practice.

In our summits, workshops, training courses, programmes and forums, participants experience and learn how to work together collaboratively and incorporate different perspectives and ideas. Together, we explore complex issues, tackle challenges, try out new things – and develop solutions that we translate directly into concrete action. Together, we experience and train the skills that make us strong for a responsible society and sustainable development.
